2017 SE Premium, 3700 miles. 43k purchase price (after negotiation & $1,000 rebate). MF of .00001, RF of .568. No money down and all taxes/fees rolled in, the monthly payment on a 36/10 was about $475.

No, there is a deduction on the residual for the miles on the car - I think it's .25/mile

The lease deal I got was 1500 out of pocket (includes first month's payment and all fees) and a monthly of $470 including tax. It's a 33 month 7,500 lease. Do you guys think this is a good deal? I'm in SoCal

That's a significant savings. Unfortunately, we don't have any numbers to confirm, so we can only guess as to whether you can improve on the payment quote.

Have they disclosed any of the numbers to you beyond the payment?

What is current residual/MF for 2017 Evoque SE Premium in NY? 12k/39 Lease. How much do you think I should be able to knock of MSRP on average? Haven't done much negotiating but this was first offer:

Se premium loaner (~1,000 miles) w/ several added packages (cold weather, tech, etc) (MSRP 52,000).

Yet the adj cap cost they quoted me becomes 51,000? Not sure how they are doing the math, it almost looks like they added the $1,000 rebate back in which doesn't make sense to me. The dealer may be adding in the taxes and fees to the selling price to get the adjusted cap cost - this is OK, and is our preference.

We don’t track pricing – use the “make / model / year” tabs at the top of the page to link to the Edmunds price tools. But, LR dealers seem allergic to discounting.

Loaners can make for good lease deals, but a lot of it depends on the deal you can negotiate. It should be substantially cheaper (or, don't do it)
