Tell them - politely - that you won't sign a deal where the MF has been marked up.
Then, start shopping other dealers. Only takes one to meet your numbers.
I built a spreadsheet too, using the method described on Edmumds. Is there any fancy math with the rebates? Are taxes applied to "rebates" or some other math screwing me up?

Actual rebates are taxable. Dealer discounts are not.

Thanks, but can you also give me the numbers for the Luxury version? They are trying to make me buy a vehicle in stock and add the entertainment system afterwards and they told me that the numbers were worse for the Premium Luxury and I want to see if they are being truthful. Thanks... in case anyone wants to know, the Dealer Cash has increased from 1500 to 2000 and the Conquest Lease rebate is still $3000 if you are getting out of a lease from another MFG from most other luxury brands.

2WD or 4WD?
There is probably a good chance that some or all of those rebates are not applicable to the lease program. The good thing about doing a GM Supplier deal, is they have to apply all rebates and incentives, and disclose them to the customer.
Can you please confirm that Premium Luxury AWD 36/10 is indeed MF of .00042? They are of course telling me that .00061 is the best. Why are dealers allowed to lie so much in negotiations? I can confirm, the $5000 private mailer and the $2000 dealer cash are for purchasing only and cannot be applied towards leasing. In fact, the private mailer was deemed "stand alone" so that it may not be combined with any other offer. Only incentive for a lease I'm coming up with currently is $3000 conquest.

I don't think they care, frankly. The dealer profits from any markup in the MF, and they've likely got an agreement with AIS to provide the data.
No guarantee that the AIS data isn't deliberately marked up, either.
You've got what you wanted from the dealer, which is the base MF for the lease.
