Went to the dealer yesterday. Looking at AWD Luxury. For a 39 month lease 12K a year dealer quoted a MF of .00075 and Residual 52%. Does not seem right from the post above. What is the best lease rate for 12K a year?

That's correct for 39/12

The numbers above yours were for 36 months
.00061 MF and 54% residual for 36/12

Texas taxes the entire selling price - instead of paying those taxes up front when you sign the paperwork, add them into the selling price. Your lease payment will increase, but you won't risk losing that money.

For example, if you pay the taxes up front (6.25% of, say $80K, or $5000), and the car is stolen or totaled after 6 months, you won't get a refund on the unused taxes from the remainder of the lease.

Can you tell me what A2 tier MF is or how to calculate it? Score of 676 and I requested a tier bump to A1 and dealership is telling me GM says no. Offering MF of .00102 with A2 credit. How is the money factor adjusted based on tier?

36/12: .00036 MF and 51% residual
39/12: .00050 MF and 49% residual
48/12: .00102 MF and 44% residual

Demos can be good lease deals, depending on the extra discount vs. the residual reduction for existing mileage.
