The tax number is just informational. Only your upfront amounts are taxed upfront. Then, the payment is taxed monthly. I get $922/mo.+tax. That should be pretty close if your tax rate is 9%+.
We don't track pricing. If you are happy with the selling price, the rest of the deal looks good.

I'm going to purchase a 2017 AWD Luxury and probably use the 72 month 0% financing. Are you aware of any other incentives available to the dealer for getting rid of a 2017? They said I can't use the $2500 cash with the 0%. They are at $400 over invoice but they have like 16 of the 2017's left so I'm going to ask for them to give me another $1600 off. I figure I'll split the holdback with them, so I want $1200 + $400 more discount. I don't need need this vehicle, it's just a gift for the wife. I can wait.

We don't have any purchase incentive information, but the dealer is correct - generally you get either the rebate or the special financing rate, but not both.

The best time to be in the market is when you don't need a vehicle, and can wait the dealer out. You might have better luck during the long holiday weekend.

They took my deal. I could have easily gotten ALL of the holdback I'm sure. They will be blowing the 2017's out for the GM family price in 6 weeks. So, I got 1000 below invoice which left them about $1400 of the holdback. It was a fair deal for both parties. It was also the last one of the only color combination that we wanted, so I didn't want to sit for long and lose that color combination.
