How is $29,710 cap cost on a 2017 SL Premium AWD? That's after the $1850 lease cash was applied so it's the final number. MSRP is $34,885

Has something changed? Currently trying to lease a new 2017 Rogue SV with AWD in NJ. Was just quoted the following from the dealer:

Residual: 49%
Money Factor: 0.00115

These seem much different than everything that I've seen thus far in this forum. Did something change, or is the dealer just yanking my chain?

Confirm that this is an NMAC funded lease - dealers are free to use alternative banks, if the numbers are better, or if there is something in it for the dealer.

I think they've misquoted. Even if they quoted Tier 4 money factor, that wouldn't change the residual

Both TX and GA tax the entire selling price, which will increase your lease payment considerably.
