Same MF; subtract 2% from the residual.

Also, the dealer told me that GM will not lease any of the (many) 2016s on his lot...just the 2017s. Can you confirm this policy?

Terms: 39 months, 12K miles per year, absolutely ZERO down which includes tax, transfer of tag, and title. I was quoted at SIX dealerships $625 ALL in with ZERO down. I received the "lease conquest" $2,000 incentive. Can anyone verify a cheaper deal out there??? Hope to hear responses....

What is the MSRP and selling price of the vehicle where you were quoted the $625/mo payment?

What's you've quoted is an advertisement, not an offer. You may be able to beat that offer, though we recommend not to put any money down beyond the first payment and DMV costs.

Dealers are reluctant to share anything that may give the customer more power in the negotiation.

When working a lease deal, there are only two variables:

1) selling price
2) money factor (dealer can mark this up for extra profit)

Do not negotiate the monthly payment. Once you know the selling price, we can run the numbers to calculate the payment.

Net price $52,570. 

Using .00156 MF 
zero down
62% residual


i come up with $568/month 
$1,335 drive off

do you think this is the best I can do, or is there more room in the MF ?

I agree with the lease variables if the term is 36/10.

With your numbers, I get $535/mo.+tax.

Can't help you with pricing. The monthly looks great, relative to MSRP.
