    I think that if they are not transparent with the numbers, there is a reason for that. Even if it's the deal of the century, they should be able to substantiate how they got to that payment.

    You don't add the disposition fee into the cap cost - you only pay that at the end of the lease and you don't get another Ford.

    Is the bottom line number on the factory window sticker $41,450?

    If so, then the adjusted cap cost has to be in the neighborhood of $36,700 to get a payment of $422/mo.

    In comparing your deal with my friends he paid taxes out of pocket lets say $1400 so add another 40 dollars onto his $330 a month... your new deal is not that far off?

    Figures taken from Dealer Disclosure Document:
    MSRP: 42550
    Residual: 53%
    Total Residual: $22,599
    Purchase Option: $23,099

    I thought residual was same as purchase option? Why the difference?

    The residual.

    $400 purchase option or $395 disposition. They get you, either way.

    @brian125 Had four dealers today say they could not touch the deal I got at $421 with nothing at drive off but 1st month and DMV fees. They let me walk out and said the other dealer is playing games. The dealer who quoted me the 421 deal said he will deliver the car to me tonight if I take the deal. Thoughts???

    Looking at '17s ...assuming better incentives/discount than new '18s ...think $3500 lease cash for '17s & some select equip discounts

    The residual will not change, as Ford only adjusts residuals quarterly
    Anything could happen to APR or lease cash, though. No idea on what it might be.
