I get $495/mo with your MSRP and gross cap numbers for 39/12. My guess is that some of the $2000 up front is going to cap reduction.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost.

For 15K, my payment is $517/mo

The lease variables are the same for 39/15, as 36/15.
You should have them quote the lease for 39/15.

Your residual amount doesn't match your MSRP X residual%
Make sure all of your numbers include the destination fee. That should never be broken out separately. It's messing up your calculations.

Yes. Sorry, I got confused. I put the 15K residual amount of 57% which is 20272, but the monthly oral offer is $365, i.e. $15 more than the 12K numbers below. The MSRP includes the destination (34400+995+170 Cargo Pkg)
