No info on pricing, though my guess is that a 2018 will have less of a discount than a similar 2017 that the dealer is trying to get rid of.

You need an actual lease quote that discloses the money factor, acquisition fee, pre-tax and post-tax payment, and adjusted CAP cost.

I'll guess that they really mean .00140, and that's marked up from .00100.

That residual amount doesn't match up with the MSRP.
It's about 62%, instead of 59%.

Looks like they are just throwing numbers out there.. I'd ask to see the deal on a computer screenshot, so you can see where all the money is going. (or, shop around)

The 60% residual is for 36/10. Did they tell you it was a 36/12 lease?
$1095 acquisition fee is marked up the maximum from the $795 base
Money factor is marked up from .00100 to .00145
The total initial fees includes that big $699 doc fee.
The upfront fees + the cap reduction don't quite add up to $3000, but the rest is probably sales tax on the CAP reduction and doc fee.

Naturally, the payment is correct for the numbers given.
If they charged $795 for the acquisition fee and used the base .00100 MF, the payment would be $374.33+tax = $396.79/mo. That's with the same $3000 upfront.

It's not a bad lease program. The payment will depend on the price you negotiate.

Update - the numbers are .00100 and 60%. However on a One Pay, the MF falls to .0002. Doing an MSD, with 10 would bring it down to .0003.
