I don't expect the moderators to keep track of prices. I'm looking for past buyers or current buyers to post what they paid for their gla45 amg. I'm looking for percent off of MSRP. A dealer in Memphis was only going to give me 3% off. Another dealer in the Chicago area said they could match the european delivery price with no problem. How low will the prices go? I know that new 2018 bmw's can be had for 12-14% off of MSRP. Is it the same for Mercedes?

You'll have to talk to the dealer about that, but it may be possible as you are leasing another MB.

Approximately 4000 miles over. I called three Mercedes dealers and they said the overage has to be paid or rolled into the payment and there is no goodwill, even if I get another Mercedes.  This is true? Thanks again!

In my experience, you pay for over-mileage, or it's built into the next lease.
