Always like seeing what everyone settles on so here is where I ended up thanks to our great moderators here:

2018 Audi S6 Prem +

MSRP $78,965
Net cost $70,466 plus cost of Audi care (don't have it in front of me)
$2400 cash down (all in payment and drive offs)
15K/36 months w/ Audi care
$999.38 per month.

These didn't lease that great w/o big discount IMHO but think it worked out.
