Hi, can I have MF and RV for 2017 & 2018 320I and 330I RWD? Also, please advise if there is any lease incentive. And finally, out of curiosity, can lease incentives be used towards tax?

What lease term and how many miles per year are you looking for?
Lease incentives must be used to lower the capitalized cost.

What are the residual and money factor numbers for a 330i and 340i X Drive in new jersey for a 36/12?
Also what's a rule of thumb when rolling over any negative equity from my current lease? Looking to roll over about 2-3K and the calculations seem to go down the drain when I mention carryover. Should it be a straight amount carried over devided by the number of lease months for a rough number?

.00152 MF and 60% residual, for either model. For a rough estimate, yes, just divide the negative equity by the lease term.
At this money factor, it's about $29/mo. per $1000 for 36 month term.

What car are you looking to trade in? That makes a big difference with the dealer.
What are the numbers for the 2017? Looking to trade in my car which has about $3K in equity. Interested in the monthly payment would be (I know it varies depending on the MSRP)

Would a Mod be kind enough to run a lease through your own calculator to compare to the deal I was quoted? I snapped a screen shot that I will include on this post, but it includes this: '18 340xi - MSRP 52,995(includes dest) Dealer Adj 4695.00 Selling Price 48,300.00 Net Cap 45,550.00 Drive Off 5,762.89 Cash Due 3,012 Payment 499.6

Not a fan of deals that are structured to achieve a certain payment (under $500/mo, in this case).
Better to limit the up front cash to just first payment and DMV costs, and roll all other taxes and fees into the monthly payment.
What state and tax rate is this?
