A lot of those incentives are for purchase only.

We only show $5000 lease bonus and $2750 HSE allowance

So, I went to Volvo yesterday. We worked on a 2017 Volvo S60 T5 AWD Inscription with 1800 miles (service loaner), MSRP of $44,995, discounted price of $37,995. For a 36/12k lease, I was offered $430 per-month with a total of $1000 due at signing. The price for what the car is (basically fully loaded) was great; however, it was a little out of my budget. We then worked on a 2017 S60 T5 AWD Dynamic with an MSRP of $38,940, discounted price of $29,994 with 4900 miles (service loaner). For a 36/12k lease, I was offered $379 per-month with a total of $1000 due at signing. The salesperson was filling out the buyers order so I could leave a deposit, until I found out this Dynamic trim level did not even come with a backup camera! The salesperson said they could install an aftermarket camera, but the price would go from $379 to $399 and I simply did not think the $20 extra per-month was worth it. I loved the car and felt like I was getting a good deal (if I was willing to swing for the $430 per-month). This also included free maintenance (including wear and tear), NYS inspections, loaners, car-washes, and towing/rescue all through the life of the lease. That offer was exclusive to the dealership. I'm bummed! I guess I'll have to opt for the 2017 Honda CR-V EX-L that I was quoted $379 per-month, 36/12k, 1st month and DMV due at signing. Fell in love with the Volvo, though. Maybe in 3 years! I dunno. For a $1.66 per day to drive something you love vs just settling doesn't seem like much to pay.

Additionally, unless incentives changed this month, $7k discount does not seem sufficient when there is $7750 in lease incentives available AND this is a service loaner.

Confirm the MF to ensure it's not a typo.

I don't see mention of any acquisition fee (base $695) in your numbers.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost they are using for their quote.

You may be able to negotiate a better discount than the one in the offers page.

Need an adjusted CAP cost of approx $35,200 to get that price.
The lease deal looks good. If you roll $3750 into the lease, the payment goes to $505/mo, more or less.

Your old lease was closer to $380/mo, if you had amortized the upfront money over the life of the lease.

Why would you sign for another 10K/yr lease, if you went so far over on the last one?

I now work from home two (2) days a week which equates to about 10K miles less a year. I expect to be somewhere between 10-12K miles per year with the new lease. Currently I prefer a lower (lease) payment vs. a higher (loan) payment.

Based on the info provided above (.00030 MF and 52% residual), if I was to roll in the $3,750 into the new lease, how realistic is to try for a payment of $350/month plus 6.625% tax when:

License, Title, and Registration: $265.50
Dealer Doc. Fee: $299.00
Acquisition Fee: $695

I guess in the end, what would be considered to great (achievable) deal in terms of a final monthly payment?

Let's see... stated that $399/mo. is a good deal, then rolling in the $3750 would take it to $505/mo.

I think that makes your chances at rolling in the $3750, and getting $350/mo. to be Less than ZERO.
