What lease term?

We do not have pricing guidance for Volvo; 7% off MSRP is for BMW only.

I'm interested in leasing a 2018 Volvo S60 T5 Inscription Sedan (FWD) in Fl (34997) for 3 years beginning sometime in July. My understanding from the Volvo website is that there is a Volvo Allowance of 3500 and a lease bonus of 2750 for a total of 6250. I assume that this is dealer operating support coming directly from Volvo (i.e., manufacturer to dealer subsidy). Please confirm. Additionally, I would like to know if there is any lease loyalty cash available (in June, it was 500). I also need the the top tier (base) money factor and the residual factor for 7.5K miles for a 36 month lease when they become available.
In June, I leased a 2018 V90 XC T5 in NY. I was very specific when I asked for the top tier (base) money factor with 0% reserves and was told more than once that it was 0.00085. I learned from an earlier post that it was really 0.00031. The sales manager responded with "we have the right to mark-up the money factor". I told her that's not what I asked. She capitulated after I challenged her and agreed to the 0.00031 without increasing the sell price to compensate. Also, this dealership charged an ACQ FEE of 995... the 300 maximum Volvo mark-up from 695. She agreed to adjusting the sell price downward by 300 to preserve consistency and, perhaps, to remain clear of potential lawsuits (charging different ACQ Fees... although I'm not sure why that would be an issue as long as the dealership doesn't exceed the maximum mark-up allowed). I ended up with a sell price of 51,057 on a 2018 V90 XC T5 AWD with an MSRP of 59,120 which, although not spectacular, was on the cusp between an exceptional and a great deal according to TrueCar. It's impossible to know exactly where bottom is... i.e., dealer cost, not invoice.
Edmunds has consistently proven over the years that the information provided by its moderators is straight-forward and more often than not, dead on accurate. The difference between 0.00085 and 0.00031 was HUGE! You guys are as life saver!

Thanks. I also have more of a general question about the incentives: Looks like True Market Value on Edmunds is around 30k for this car. How does the $3500 Volvo Allowance and $2750 lease bonus figure into that number? I've had dealers tell me their quotes include these incentives. Thank you so much.

It appears that most of the Volvo incentives are dealer incentives, which means they would be already included in any quoted price.

Truecar is not my thing.... but, wouldn't those quotes be for purchase? You'd have to compare purchase incentives vs. lease incentives, to see if the price should change for the lease.

25% depreciation on a $40K MSRP for 36 months will make for a pretty darn good lease payment.
Of course, 7500 mile leases aren't nearly as cost effective as 15K/yr leases.

My real rough estimate is about $370/mo sign-and-drive. Its below the 1% threshold, so its pretty good. Just not spectacular.

I'll guess that the $128.50 is the registration.
If I roll in the first payment, as well, I get $485/mo. Pretty close.

$2250 dealer discount, but then added a $700 fee and marked up another fee by $300.
At the least, I'd want that $1000 back in a bigger discount. That would drop the payment by about $29/mo.

Thanks! Negotiating with south Florida dealers is tough. Florida doc fees seem to range anywhere between $700 and $1,000.
