    @kyfdx thank you! Is there a 24 month 10k (or other) available through Volvo? Thought is that I'd really like to get into the new model s60 but might want to wait out the newness factor if I can get an exceptionally good deal on a 2018. Maybe even, take advantage of the pull ahead offer if it is available again down the road. Your insight would be appreciated!

    Add 3% to the residual for 36/10

    The 24 month residuals are not good.

    Every mile beyond 500 miles drops the residual 20 cents.
    they also lose the lease cash from the manufacturer.

    The 24 month residuals are terrible, so just skip that.

    Dyn FWD: .00100 MF and 47% residual. $4100 lease bonus

    INS FWD: .00022 MF and 47% residual. $3100 lease bonus

    I am usually pretty smart with money, but I am so lost on this lease they are pitching me. Every time I try to nail them down on numbers, something changes, and the lease payment does not match up.

    It's a 36 month lease, 10000 miles on an FWD Dynamic (so. MF - .001 and residual 48%)

    MSRP 39,320
    Car cost (out the door, all incentives rolled in), 30,900
    Acquisition costs and dealer fees = 1,149
    NM Tax on monthly payment - 5.2%

    We are coming up about $15 apart. Not the biggest deal, but the numbers keep changing and so I am starting to think they are playing games.

    What am I missing?

    which of the incentives get taxed in your state?

    What payment are you and the dealer getting?

    The only real variables in a lease calculation are the MF and the CAP cost - MSRP and residual are fixed values.
