Looking at a volvo S60 T5 Momentum AWD 2019 and the XC40 AWD T5 Momentum 250 hp , for November, RV and MF (if i can get bumped into tier 2 that is).
Any incentives for 2019/2018 models?
Does it make sense to wait until december for volvo or toyota 4runners?
