    Ok so am I doing this right?? 

    MF is 0.00093

    Residual is 54% for 36 months. 

    So... a $47,000 purchase price would have a residual value of $25,380. 

    calculating depreciation 
    ($47,000-$25,380=$21,620) You divide that by the term, 36 mos, which is $600.55 monthly depreciation. 

    Next is the interest rate. 
    72,380 x 0.00093 = 67.13

    Payment is 600.55 + 67.13= 667.68
    Sales tax is 9.5% in Los Angeles soo 
    667.68 + 9.5 % = $731.30

    So, a quote of $515 a month with nothing down is prob a pretty good deal? 

    Again, this is a base model, T5, momentum with nearly every option, MSRP of about $47,000.

    The calculations were done correctly, except for calculating the residual amount.

    Hello!

    I think there's a $750 least incentive right now. Would there be a benefit to going 39 months?

    Hi, long time reader and first time poster here. I think it is amazing the information flow here and get a sense for how my own deal negotiations compare.

    I was hoping to check on the MF and residual for 11730 for a T6 momentum (36m, 10k miles). In an ad-hoc discussion with my nearby dealer it sounded like .0073 and 60% residual, but I could have misheard him. I’m looking at a package set at about $47k MSRP that shows as $44.6k invoice.

    I didn’t want to go too deep into negotiations but got an offer for 470/month with 3k down (including taxes and other fees), which would be a 553/month effective lease if I understand the terminology/math correctly (still new to this).

    I appreciate any intel and feedback, and will be sure to provide details on the final offer!

    I confirm the .00075 MF and 60% residual

    If I subtract the CCR from the agreed upon price, I get $329/mo

    I'd ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and how they arrived at that number from the $41,800.

    On a side question, how do I go about bringing up available incentives during lease negotiations? Is this something dealers would automatically tell you about?

    The reg / title fees look to be in line, and are good for all 3 years.
