    Sorry if I've missed this information elsewhere.....but where are the MF/RVs pulled from that are quoted in this thread? Virtually all the dealers I've seen quote higher APRs for the leases on 2018 Expeditions ex. 2.9% for 36/12. Are these being inflated by the dealerships? Thank you.

    The numbers are the base APRs from Ford Credit.
    They can vary by region, but we haven't seen anything over 1.00%
    They could of course, mark them up, but that doesn't seem to happen a lot with Ford.

    Are you sure those aren't the purchase APRs?

    Assumes all fees are paid up front.

    yes, they said price was 998/mo -- so based on your numbers it looks like there are other markups in there.

    yes, they said price was 998/mo -- so based on your numbers it looks like there are other markups in there.

    are the rate and residual the right rates?
    APR and residual are correct for 36/15

    Ask them what the adjusted cap cost is - might have some start up costs added to the selling price.

    Lease is structured for 36 months with allowable 10,500 miles per year. = 59% Residual Value
    Lease Rate is at buy rate (no dealer mark up) at 0.78%
    Selling Price is at Invoice
    Sales tax is calculated assuming you are registering in AZ 8.1%

    Base Payment of $867.70 plus tax = $956.60 with $2,611.09 Due at signing. (1st payment, AZ license fees, and $349 Doc Fee) 

    Where's the disconnect here?

    You still don't have the adjusted CAP cost.
    Something has been added to the selling price. The acquisition fee, most likely.
