Divide the APR by 2400 to get an approximate money factor

1.85% APR / 2400 = .00077 MF (approx)

What lease term?

What state?

EDIT - sorry, I see that it's CT.

I thought personal property tax was collected in a lump sum annually, not added to the monthly lease payment.

You should check with the state department of revenue website about this.

You are the second member that has told us that Ford collects property taxes monthly. I think the other member was in MA. This must be a recent change.

I don't know how it could save you money, though. But, doesn't look like it's optional, either way.
