That is a purchase quote - FL taxes the monthly payment on a lease.

$799 for dealer service is crazy high, but that's Florida for you.

I have arrived at the GMS price but are there any other "leases cash" or rebates I can use on the lease. Also what is the MF/RV on 2018 LS? Trying to get the cheapest price I can, don't care about options ect. \

Also, is there any programs to cover my last 2 payments or would it just be rolled into a new lease.

Why not wait until your current lease is up? I'm not aware of any pull-ahead program, and if the $700 is rolled over into your new lease it would add about $20 to your lease payment.

All of the charges appear to be correct.
We don't track pricing. But, as you've noted, that's the only place left to lower the payment. By getting a lower selling price.

TMV should include dealer incentives, but not consumer rebates.

Hello - noobie question, but am I correct that the MF and residual value is supposed to be the same for vehicles in the same class in the same area (based on trim level, length of lease, number of miles and location)?

I am looking at a 2018 Traverse AWD 36 month 12K lease. Was told a money factor of .00049 and a 59% residual value (in Brooklyn, NY)

The terms offered were $2500 down, $350 a month. I'm told the "selling price" is $33,900. This strikes me as not a great deal and I am going to negotiate, but I guess my question is -- where is the room for negotiation? I think it's not the money factor or residual value, so I'm guessing just the selling price, fees, etc.

That is the correct MF and residual for a non-Premier AWD model.
Correct, you can't negotiate those numbers.

Of course, to negotiate selling price, etc, you have to know those numbers, along with the MSRP. Ask for the adjusted CAP cost.

Hi - can you provide the MF and RV on a Traverse 3LT FWD in Tampa, FL area? Do these rates vary in other areas of Florida? (I’m actually in Lakeland, 1 hour outside of Tampa and Orlando)
Also, is there anywhere to see what GM Incentives or rebate are available? I’m a current GM lessee in an Acadia, I think there is a Sams Club rebate, possibly GM loyalty cash?

And last, I know numbers for January aren’t out yet, but I’ve got until January 22 in my current vehicle, trying to decide whether to try and get a deal done before tomorrow or not stress out and leave it for January. Any advice?
