The .00019 is the base MF; the .00042 is the max markup the dealer can add to the base MF.

With the selling price and total capital cost you've provided, I get $449/mo, as well.

I get $422/mo.+tax, without adding in any fees/upfront charges.
If acquisition, dealer and DMV fees adds up to around $1200, it looks good.

That's a pretty good deal.

Assuming 4x4, .00008 (4 zeroes) and 53%

With the prices provided, I get $449/mo with 6.25% tax included. If I use the .00080 MF that you mentioned, the payment goes up to $496/mo.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted cap cost, and make sure you understand everything that was added to the selling price to get to that number.

Can I get the MF, RV and incentives for 2018 GC Altitude 4x4 for 12,000 miles / 36 months as well as 12,000 miles / 27 month in NJ. Also, I know Jeep offers 39 month leases. Would there be a reason someone would pick a 39 month opposed to a "standard" 36 month lease  considering that the last 3 months on a 39 month lease is out of warranty? I'm new to the whole leasing thing so any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!!

The payment on a 39 month lease will be slightly lower than on a 36 month lease, this month. Yes, there is a small risk of a warranty issue, but if you're that concerned with the reliability, you should stick with Toyota or Honda.

Out of pocket should include first payment and DMV costs only. Roll everything else into the lease payment.
