    I'd guess that is the final amount... and, residuals could fall further, or they could just stop offering leases.

    I can't remember any specific instance. But, the market allowance is for either buy or lease. It sure looks like a "final payout", this late in the model year.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but that seems like a pretty terrible deal with a residual that low. I'm new to calculating all this, though.

    Correct me if I'm wrong, but that seems like a pretty terrible deal with a residual that low. I'm new to calculating all this, though.

    The $10K in incentives is supposed to make up for that lousy residual.

    All the numbers are meant to work together to achieve a particular payment.

    Hi, I just want to see if im getting a good deal on 2018 Audi A6 Premium Plus lease.
    the term is 36/12K $545 a month with taxes and fees out of pocket in NJ, the MSRP is $58k.

    Hi, can I get the MF and Residual value for A6 (Premium Plus and Prestige)? I assume adding a Driver's Assistance Package or other options don't impact these two by much. I was quoted an MF of 0.00033 which I feel is high/

    Edmunds is showing the fair market value of a 2018 A6 2.0 Premuim as $35k (see the below). Does this include the $10k market allowance referred above?
