Just picked up my 2018 CX9 GT AWD. Great vehicle. Residual and MF as described. $3000 total down including 1st month payment and fees. Only $397 for 36mo/12k... I'm pleased. Thank you for the information... Helps in negotiations.

What do you guys think of $580/mo (tax included) lease for 36/12 with $595 (or so) bank fee and first months payment due at signing for Machine Gray CX-9 Signature?

Regarding the above, my leasing agent tells me he is getting the car at invoice and the $1110 incentive is included.

The Signature has the worst lease program of all the CX-9 models, so I'm not surprised at the high payment.

If you are working with a broker, what negotiation is even possible?

Yeah I know the signature is the worst deals. It’s the only trim i would consider. I’m between it and the Volvo XC90. That was my exact concern - what negotiation do I have. He asks me what I want to pay per month (which i hate getting asked) and I say well what’s the sale price of the vehicle. The only think to consider is that he has gotten my family and my family’s friends a lot of cars so we give him business. He tells me he’s giving me this car at invoice but I calculated out lease cost that is similar numbers but for MSRP price of car.

I don't have any advice for working with a broker, as it's the opposite of what we do here.

But, I also think the Signature trim is not a good lease value. If that's the only one you would consider, I'd just move on to a different make.
