    Found a great deal in Indiana, but without the $2000 purchase incentive, not such a great lease deal. Not sure why Mazda doesn't do incentives on both lease or purchase. Ford pretty much has the same rebate either way.

    Most brands have different lease and purchase incentives; I believe Ford is the exception.

    $595 lease acquisition fee
    NJ sales tax (collected upfront)
    Dealer fee (typically $299-$499 in NJ)
    NJ DMV fees (for three years.. around $300)

    You can roll any of those amounts into the CAP cost, if you wish
