That's actually part of ge reason my Dad just special ordered a 2018 Yukon that he'll most likely finance instead of lease.  He currently leases a 2015 Tahoe LT.  The lease is up in March and he's just went over his 20,000 mile per year allotment.  He was going to try and score a fantastic year end deal that would have netted him a fantastic lease price on a new 2017 or 2018 Yukon or Tahoe & get his last 2 payments wiped out.

They had 15% off of Denalis, but there's no leasing those .  They had Costco supplier pricing plus a lot of rebates as well.  There were no SUVs out there that met his specs.  Most of the Denalis out there were lavishly optioned up to $75 - $76K.  The close to $12K off was a good deal, but it wasn't the right SUV.

He ordered a Yukon SLT at just under invoice minus any incentives at the mine of delivery.

I would love to have input on the lease payment they gave me. The current quote they provided is below (I didn't ask for no money down, so not sure if this is normal).

I also have an Audi that is leased. Does GMC office lease conquest cash or any other lease cash? I'm looking at 36 months 10K per year. What is the current lease rate for excellent credit, and residual? Do you also know if there are any other offers? Thank you for your help.

You can get Supplier pricing with the lease program, most likely. But, there are also purchase only rebates that you won't be eligible for.
So, if you go in to purchase and get the supplier price, that might not be the same price as for a lease.

We don't have any info on specific rebates

Hi Guys. I’m coming off a GM Lease on a 15 Acadia and shopping for a Yukon SLT. Dealer is promoting some Pull Ahead program on existing lease - they say GM will waive up to 4 payments and give up to an additional $2,000 rebate depending on next lease model. 

Can someone please give me the numbers on a 18 Yukon SLT 39 month/15k Miles a year lease for NJ? Also what incentives may be out there? I am assuming the rebate program the dealer is promoting above would be on top of any other incentives?

what is the MSRP?

What state and tax rate?

We are not fans of any money down on a lease, beyond the first payment and registration costs. It masks the true cost of the lease, and you'd lose that up front money if the car were stolen or totaled.

but even on this calculator I’m off a bit from your monthly payment plugging in the numbers above. Accurate info just means a better chance at a good deal, so any help would be appreciated!

Thank you again. Every calculator I try produces very different numbers with the same input. That is going to make pinning an exact deal down very hard. 

With GM leases - is the residual and the money factor something that the finance manager can alter based on customer negotiation? Or is that the only static value in this process? With my current lease (2015 Acadia SLT2 AWD) my residual is 56% but my negotiations started out with a much higher payment. I’m trying to understand just how the dealer ended up getting to the monthly number I was holding out for. Yes they did reduce the price but I’m thinking raising the residual was also a factor - is that possible?

On line calculators often make assumptions we know nothing about.

Residual is fixed by the bank; dealer cannot modify it.

MF can be marked up by the dealer for extra profit. In your prior deal, they may have reduced the mark up to get you to the payment you wanted.

How many miles per year are you looking for?

We don't have anything but the top tier MF for GM Financial

We do not recommend using trade equity and / or up front cash to buy down the lease payment - this masks the true cost of the lease and that up front money or equity would be lost in the event the car was stolen or totaled.

Would you pre-pay rent on an apartment or house?

It's hard to know if it's all being applied, without knowing the money factor they are using for Tier 3.
You've listed about $1700 in charges (Plus $627 for 1st payment), but you have about $3700 of working cash (trade equity + $1000).

If I apply the excess cash to lower the $46,958 CAP, then I get a payment of $496/mo, using the top tier rate.

That's a long, long way from $627/mo.

Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost and the money factor used.

Posting my 2018 Yukon deal. I just came off a lease on a 2016 Mercedes E-350 and decided to buy instead of lease a Yukon. List price including destination fee was 77,450 (4WD and includes the Denali Ultimate package). I got it down to 70,500 and got to finance through GM Financial at 0% for 72 months. I had them at 68,500 until I asked for the 0% deal that's advertised until 3/12, and they had to go up to 70,500 in order to make money since I wasn't paying any interest for them to take a cut of. Hope that helps anyone in negotiating their own price!

Congrats - and, it's likely there were some conditional incentives that you had to give up to get the 0% financing.
