    .00194 MF and 51% residual are set by the leasing bank.
    So, the numbers are correct, if that's what you mean by "good"

    Ask the dealer for the adjusted CAP cost, and the calculations that resulted in that number.

    Hello, can you let me know if this is a good deal on a 2018 Yukon Denali Ultimate? The numbers below include discounts and rebates for GM employee.

    Acquisition Fee: 650
    Tax on collected items: 3,682.06
    Total cap: 79,659.93
    Cap reduction: 1,922.27
    Rebates: 10,931.06
    Net Cap: 66,806.60
    Down Payment: 2800 (includes tax on rebates, doc/title/license, acquisition fee, and first months payment)

    IL tax: 8.25 (however the worksheet shows a second column with 8.931% and I do not know why there is a difference)

    I am being told that because I am using gm employee pricing the program rules do not allow the dealer to drop the price beyond the program price. Is this accurate? Can I get this deal down to $830 month and if so how should I approach that? Thanks!

    I agree with the calculated payment.
    Don't know the answer to your tax question.

    When you use the employee price program, the car is sold to you at below dealer cost. GM reimburses the dealer for the difference, and then gives them a fixed amount for profit.
    So, the dealer is correct. They can't change the terms of the employee deal. It is what it is.

    Lease cash is an incentive that lowers the cap cost.

    Why do you need a different annual mileage allowance for 36 vs. 39 months?

    12K/yr... add 1% for 10K/yr

    Please help decoding the rebates for leasing.  Edmund's incentives and rebates lists all these.

    $1750 lease bonus cash
    $1500 conquest
    $500 lease bonus cash
    $2500 unknown  available towards leasing

    I qualify for conquest as I have a lexus lease.
    So would I get $1500 + $1750 + $500 + $2500 for total rebates of $5250 ?
