No.. Tahoe numbers only vary by trim, not by driven wheels.

I agree with .00208 MF and 56% residual
The tax numbers is wrong. That would be the tax on a purchase, not a lease.
The total tax should be around $2200-$2300, not $4400

It's possible that the tax listed above is not the same amount of tax they actually used for the lease, though.
I show an adjusted CAP cost of about $59,700 to get that payment.
