In theory. It's possible you may have to provide a CA address and driver's license to get those.

I am looking at a Costco deal on 2019 Tahoe Premier Plus that shows a) GM Supplier pricing (invoice + $300 iirc) plus b) $4500 Costco member only incentives. Am I reading this right that this is supposed to be priced at $4200 under "invoice". Seems like a pretty good deal?

The lease cash is a dealer incentive, and should be taken into account when negotiating the price.

The customer incentive is direct to you, and will be a CAP reduction on the paperwork.

Lease cash is a dealer incentive, and will be part of any offer you get from the dealer.

Customer incentive will show up like a rebate (down payment) on the lease contract.
