I was thinking the same thing!....A ploy to get me to come back in to him.  I’ll go elsewhere or get a more willing/up-front salesperson!  Thank you very much!!

We don't know where you can get this, other than from a generous dealer.

You say the negotiated price is $42,000, but with that residual, it looks like that is also the MSRP?
Did you not get any discount from MSRP?

$650 acq.fee is normal. Dealer/doc fees are normal, but $499 is pretty high,

With an MSRP of $42K, the calculations are correct.
I would guess that OK taxes the monthly payment, but I don't know that for sure.

You should negotiate a discount. I see your line item for equity.. do you have a trade-in?

Several dealers have responded that the money factor is actually .00250 for Tier 1. One of the dealers even sent their rate sheet! Looks to be the "standard" lease program, is there a special lease program available? Thanks!

We've never seen that document; interesting that a dealer would share it.

No special lease rates for the 4Runner.

Money factor might not be exactly .00230.. We've seen as high as .00245. But, it's the "standard" money factor, which dealers can mark up. Can't tell you for sure, if they are marking it up, or not.
