This equates to an additional $26 a month in payment or $1K over the 36 months....however they did discount the car $7,045 or nearly 8.69% prior to Lease Credit.

I understand the Dealer fee and plate fee is a bit high. But I can't find this particular combo in Indiana. Oh...I also talked them into throwing in the m performance rubber floor mats a $227 value.

Is this still a pretty decent deal?

The discount / MF issue is one of profit and commission for the dealer. Basically, taking money from the salesperson and giving it to the finance manager.

All that matters is that you're happy with the deal - I believe that in that price range (which I've never shopped in, BTW), you should get exactly what you want. If you have to shop out of state to get it, so be it. I've had a friend of mine buy cars in both KY and TX (we're in CO) to get the right vehicle.

This car I got 0.00177 mf and 61 residual with 10k miles, only $1800 discount on msrp, but $4000 lease rebates, monthly payment $861 tax included, but drive off is $4500 I think it’s a little bit high. How could I negotiate based on this price?
