What is the best way to negotiate the accessories into a lease? The dealer i'm working with has a 1.5 sport with the following accessories, but i want a 2.0 with those same accessories.

Hi guys, I just got a email from a local dealer (Joyce Koons Honda in Manassas VA) advertising 2018 accord lx and 2018 crv- lx AWD foor $189 a month with $0 down, $0 security. I asked the salesperson if these numbers are legit and he said that they were. What do you guys think? Is it too good to be true. My credit is 780+. On the flip side I received a email from another dealer from Maryland, and all of their prices required money down with $239 a month

Yes I have read the fine print. Are any of these fees Waiveable? Am I better off doing my own research and negotiating a price down and then do a lease off this that price.

if it is 189 + 40 (adds pointed out by the Mod) = 229 + tax with only first month due at signing, that is still a good deal for the Accord LX model. Beware the last minute gotchas.

My thoughts are a decrease in my current monthly payment? And the thought of eating up the negative equity sooner than later.
