Don't guess at the sale price / CAP cost - ask the dealer. Why make a new deal with two months left on your current lease? What does the $1400 due at signing cover, specifically?

Good point. I will make sure to get all the itemized costs if I speak to them again. Better still learnt an important lesson for my visit to next dealer.

Reason for signing new lease are-
a. I will go over miles if I continue my lease
b. Leasing new Honda gives me $750 bonus which will compensate for my remaining payments with some change on top.
c. I like Accord and these are the best prices so far. Do you think these prices will continue into new year as well?

About what I paid. I did a 12 thousand mile lease for 360. $17 more for 15k. I did put less down so you can get them lower for sure.

I signed last night, 2018 Honda touring 1.5. 2500 down 500 trade and 250/10K/36 month. (NJ)
But Car had break issue, and today morning, it is on Honda service.
Service engineer test drive with me and agree on break problem
They told me break surface something issue, so car was fluctuating on break at 40 miles.

Can I cancel a deal and take money back?
This car is only 20 miles and already has issue, I don't want to drive this car.
If possible, I want to switch to buy 2019 Civic sport.
I feel turbo lag on accord quite seriously..

Any advice will really appreciate.

No, you can't back out of a lease because of a warranty issue. Just let them fix it.

Unsure of the CAP cost, didn't get a chance to ask the dealer today.

How many miles should a new car have when pulling off the lot?

Mine had approximately 85 miles on it...they had to get it from another dealership and second when I received it it had about 2/3 tank of gas. It wasn't even full when I received...didn't notice until I drove it off the lot.

It varies - I wouldn't worry about 85 miles, personally.

No but if you check my detail breakdown my car has a lot of extras. Also I had to pay a dealer fee.
