that will be tough to do unless you put money down (not recommended on a lease)

I saw that Hybrid cost about 1530 more than regular gas, wanted the quiet ride while stuck in traffic, faster pickup, non turbo 1.5 engine (not sure if same issue with CRV with the gas oil mixture) and about 10mpg more.
should hybrid lease only be about 30 to 35 or maybe even 50 dollars more as every 1000 is like 25 dollars more. Thank you.

As I pointed out, the higher MF also matters, too. As does the lack of incentives on the Hybrid.

It's not a 1% "rule" - more like a guideline.

Not every car can be leased for 1% of the MSRP, no matter what.

Other cars can be leased for far less than 1% - Infiniti, for example.

There may be valid reasons why folks want the Hybrid; we aren't here to put down anybody's choices, but to help them make the best deal for the car they want.

Has nothing to do with it being a hybrid. See pricing on the Ford Fusion hybrid. Much better deals on those than non hybrid versions. 

I think it just depends on what models/trims the manufacture is providing support for. Honda is currently throwing more cash at the EX trims than the other trims. I think there was a point last month where the bottom line on an EX-L Nav was cheaper than an EX-L without Nav because there was a higher incentive on the Nav trim. 

The manufacture’s residual, money factor and incentives dictates what kind of deals are available. Acura has huge cash savings on TLXs, but the residuals are so low, it offsets any savings.
