Is the "Non-F-Sport" version still 1% less on the residual?

Don't negotiate it; simply tell them you won't sign a deal with an inflated MF.

Lexus numbers are regional - what state is this?

We don't recommend using trade equity to buy down the payment - that money would be lost if the car is stolen or totaled.

With those figures, I get $301/mo plus tax.
