We do not have the Southern region numbers, but the MF we do have show .00040 or .00060.

My guess is your MF has been marked up by the dealer.

A question for the more educated here, the money factor I received on these boards is .00070, but based on the numbers that I was provided (they didn't give me the money factor rate) it seems like it is not close to this .00070 rate. Is this factor negotiable or is it dependent on a persons credit? If I have good credit 770+, does that change the money factor I can receive?

MF is credit dependent, but 770 will absolutely get you the best rate.

The dealer can also mark up the MF for extra profit. If you suspect that to be the case, simply tell them you won't sign a deal where it has been inflated. Walk and find another dealer if they won't agree.
