Each security deposit lowers the MF by .00008, so you should be able to apply 5 MSDs to lower the MF to .00005

We always recommend using MSDs - you get that up front money back at the end of the lease.

MF seems to be marked up a tiny bit.
With the prices provided, I get $483/mo.

If I add the $1700 in taxes and the $795 bank fee, the payment goes up to $549/mo

Ask the dealer for the cap cost used for their $585/mo quote, and an itemized accounting of what they added to the selling price to get there.
