None of the dealers has given me a proper estimate cos I told them that I am still looking at other cars.They asked me to get estimates from other dealers and then they would give me a better price.

But you need to know the money factor and residual value. Tip: if the MF is close to 0, do not put any money down, do a $0 drive-off, that is include all fees, registration, etc. in your monthly payments.

Is any any of this negotiable? I believe this is 2018 cx 5 Sport AWD

Not sure how did I do on this one but got a 2018 CX-5 Touring AWD Machine grey w/ premium package. (Moonroof/Bose/Nav/Powerliftgate)

36 mts /15k year $1000 at signing (covered first payment, dealer fee and the $300 extra paint if you will)
Total $306.99/mo

But the most important part to me is that dealer did buyout my leased CR-V that would be upside down in 4 weeks (32700 miles and the maturity date is only Jan.2019).

Yes, it seems very optimistic. I'll guess that when you dive into it, you'll find that price is only good on a purchase. Or, they've marked up the money factor to .00051 (max allowed) (add $26/mo. for that)

Also, you'll have $595 acquisition fee, $450 DMV/doc fees.

But, that's a promising start. Ask them for a monthly lease payment quote, based on that price. Along with the amount due at signing.

No.. that doesn't make any sense.
Upfront taxes would only be on the rebate. That's about $110
If that is truly the MSRP, then your sale price is about $700 more than the MSRP.
I'd double check the MSRP.

And, if it's accurate, find another dealer.

No... just some sort of a discount from MSRP, before deducting rebates. They don't add rebates like that to cars that are selling for full MSRP

What is the MF and RV for a 24/12k for a CX-5 GT in New Hampshire this month. MSRP $32,500, e-price $30,768. 

A little background: my last CX-5, one of the last of the old body style models (2016), MSRP was about $28,500 and I paid $212/month with total $2700 down (that includes taxes/reg/fees and first month’s payment) for 24/12. So the whole lease for 2 yrs was about $7600. This was in MA in June of 2016. I know they probably can’t go that low because of different trim level and new model year but is it a pipe dream to get something close?

24 month numbers are especially hostile - .00175 and 70%
