Hello. Looking at a 2018 CX-5 tomorrow in Dallas. It's going to be a lease, but don't have MSRP yet. It's a Touring, FWD in red, no special package. 10K per year/36 months. Looking at $1760 up front total (including first payment); $260/month. Without knowing MSRP, does that sound okay? Thanks.

MSRP is $33,875 and their initial offer was $1,000 off to bring down selling price to $32,875. Is there a % below MSRP that I should be negotiating for? What's a good deal? Thanks!!

We don't track pricing.. A lot of posts in this discussion, though.

I'm guessing some of that $2000 is going to cap reduction. We recommend you restructure the deal to only pay the first payment and DMV costs at signing, and have a slightly higher payment.

Given that the interest rate (MF) is very low, what would be the disadvantage of taking a zero down lease where the fees and first payment are all rolled into the lease. I see some added cost due to the MF. Is there another disadvantage beyond the finance charge for rolling these into the monthly lease?

With the MF that low, there are no real downsides to a 'sign and drive' lease. The only (minor) issue is that the DMV costs are normally untaxed; if you add them to the payment, they become subject to tax.
