I'm using base touring with msrp 27,590.
    Residual would be 16829.
I'm estimating getting an out the door price with all fees of 26,000 before tax.
This is giving me a payment of around $265 after finance charge by my math.
Not sure how dealer could ever get me to $400 per month for this car, and can't figure it out since he says they don't share MF or residual used until you come in to sign contract LOL

Yeah.. if adjusted CAP is $26,000, then payment is $263/mo+tax.

With the $595 acquisition fee, that's a $2200 discount from MSRP, which seems optimistic.

No point in even responding to $400/mo, if they aren't forthcoming with details. Shop around.

  • 2018 CX-5 Touring  $25,447+tax and dmv, 36/12 with $2600 out of pocket $275+tax/month

Without money out of pocket or $600 let's say,  I was expecting around  $275

If you could give me the number for 36/15 with around $600 down, it would be greatly appreciated.
    Tax 9.5%
(You helped me a lot with my x5 purchase last year)

    Thank you

    .00018 MF and 58% residual for 36/15
Adding $595 acquisition fee to the selling price = $272/mo.+tax
Due at signing would be 1st payment and DMV fees.

I'll guess they've marked up the money factor, or that isn't really the sale price. $3000 off MSRP on a new CX-5 that only stickers for $28,XXX is a lot bigger discount than I would expect.

Looking for MF and residual for NJ 2018 Mazda CX 5 Touring AWD white with preferred equipment package, please. :)

Have a current Mazda 6 lease which I think qualifies me for loyalty cash, but I don't think it can be combined with the $500 customer cash deal.

edit: 36 months 12,000 miles ideally, but could always drop to 10k if it is a much better deal.

    Selling price is $25k
Residual used is 61% and MF .00018
Georgia, 7% sales tax on leased portion only. No limit on document fees so going rate is $599. Acquisition is $595.

I think numbers are right, but wondering if good deal or should try for more?

The numbers look good. Even if you add the $599 dealer fee to the selling price, that's a discount of $1600. That's not too bad on a model with no incentives.

You should always try for more... All they can say is no.

  • This is my first lease, could use some helps here.
I'm looking at Touring trim with preferred package; 36 mo / 12000 mi, 98105
Here's what I got from dealer:
    MSRP: 29690
    LEV%: 60
    Ini cap: 28777
    acq: 595
    doc: 150
    adj cap: 29522
lease factor: .00078 <- could this be down to.00068?
    tax: 10.4%
    base monthly/total monthly: 362.14/399.8
license fee: 515.75 <- could be lower
    due at start: 915.55

I'm not sure if this is a good deal, I guess there should be some room to go little lower?
    Any suggestions?

    Great thanks for the help.

Base MF is .00018, so the dealer is marking that up the max allowed; that is adding $31/mo to the payment

Hello. I am looking for the following info for the 2018 Mazda CX-5 FWD Grand Touring Premium Package in Miami, FL (33018) if possible:

    *12/36 RV/MF with excellent credit?
    *Incentives/Rebates?
    *Lease acquisition and doc fees?
*What would be a good percentage off MSRP to shoot for before any incentives/rebates?

    Thank you! :)

    .00018 MF and 58% residual for 36/15
    No incentives
    $595 acquisition fee.
Florida does not regulate doc fees, and FL dealers are infamous for egregious amounts.
    No info on pricing.
