This will be through Honda Financial. MSRP $39655 Net cap $34462. is this a good deal or are there more rooms for further discounts? 12k / 36 months

With the supplied prices, I get $389/mo. I'd suggest you confirm the adjusted CAP cost the dealer is using for that payment quote; could be fees added in there that is driving up your payment.

Yeah... they didn't change the deal from the first offer. Just moved the upfront money into the payment.

If your lease isn't up, I wouldn't expect anything but large expenses.

And yet you want to get into another 12K lease? Seems like you'll be in the same position, except with a higher payment if you end the current lease early.

"Pay me now, or pay me later" - in this case, I'd wait until the current lease is up.

Thanks for the advice. Yeah, we're in a bit of a bind. The car has had issues and with the 36k warranty almost up 9 months early, we're nervous of having an uncovered problem with the vehicle. (We were originally planning to buy off the lease.) Knowing that, you'd still wait out the lease over the miles now, taking the repair risk?
