    Thanks for the info. I actually asked the dealer myself and for they gave me .00157 money factor and 62% residual. this was a dealer based in Westchester County, NY.

    Another dealer told me that was only for 10k miles, but this dealer stood by it. She probably made a mistake

    In NY, dealers are using local credit unions (like Bethpage) that have slightly more favorable residuals and slightly cheaper money factors. I live in CT, but bought my 2017 Pilot Touring in Mount Kisco, NY. I was offered a less expensive lease (higher residual & cheaper money factor), but then realized I couldn't take advantage of it as a CT resident. I ended up taking 0.9% financing for 60 months. I'm glad I did. We have owned our Pilot for a little over 4 months and have over 6,800 on the odometer already. Good luck!

    Some "Genuine Honda Accessories" can be partially residualized, but it's not a lot.

    Probably just running boards or side steps on a Pilot. (either add $400 to MSRP, if they meet the requirements)

    I was told Honda doesn't let you go under 12000 miles per year on a lease. do you know if that's true?
