It seems like a good deal..

But, from experience, not knowing the exact amount they want from you at lease signing? That's where good lease deals go to die.

It makes for a lot simpler deal to leave out the $1999. Is this an offer, or just an advertisement?
Leasing is just like buying a car. You have to beware the F&I office.

Depending where you are in CT, you might be able to do well shopping just across the border in NY. NY has their state "doc fee" capped at (I believe $75) while dealers in CT charge a "conveyance fee" of anywhere from $199 to $599.

For a 2018 Pilot Touring AWD in NJ, I am being quoted a MF of .0017 with Residual of 64% ($28,700) with 12k miles for 39 months. A net price of $43,750, MSRP of $44,845 with a total of $3634 down for $497/month.  Seems like MF is high, but the residual % is higher than I've seen posted on this forum.
Any suggestions on monthly amount? Thank you for any help...
