There is a dealer in Northern Kentucky advertising an Encore Base model lease of 36 months / 10,000 miles $189 a month zero down. Add tax. It seems too good to be true. I called a sales person and was told that was one specific VIN number but they have several that will come close to those terms. Waiting for his offer sheet. I will jump on that if they get close to that number. MSRP is $25,700 and sale price is $18,700.

We've seen a number of similar deals. When you get the numbers, let us know and we can verify them.

Looks like I screwed up royally not getting into a 2018 last week. Did a 24/month lease on cheapest FWD Encore go up at least $50/month? Looks like ~$4K in incentives vanished — or have they just not yet been re-added for June?

I was actually checking high-volume Metro Detroit Buick dealer websites. The sale price on the cheapest Encores were $16,xxx last week, now they're back to $20,xxx. But it sounds like maybe the rebates/incentives for June haven't all been released yet?

Thanks, I figured that would be the case. Dealer is offering a special at those terms and I just wanted to break it down myself. What would it look like at 10k and 12k? Deal is for 10k, 199/mo with a true zero drive off. I'm not crazy about it but the longer term would let me use my GM earnings and bury some negative equity.

I don't see a program for the 1SV

That's not unusual for GM to not lease the cheapest version.

Throwing idea around on selling wifes 14 Rogue and leasing an Encore Preferred Fwd. Im just tired of doing all the maintenance myself and refuse to get ripped off on simple brake jobs and such. Never leased before so its all new and haven't done any homework yet. Still not sure if its really for us. Wife doesn't believe in it, but shes not the one doing all the work. Lol
Im in Buffalo NY, and back when we bought Rogue, people on here suggested we head towards Rochester for better deal. Took the advice and ended up with a deal that nobody local would come close matching. Im guessing same will apply to this. Plenty of ridiculous advertised deals which I find hard to believe. Unfortunately, it looks like they are for people currently leasing which isnt us. So this might not be a good time in our situation. 


 With all that said.... Before I really start comparing my numbers between just keeping Rogue or leasing an Encore, Im looking for a "rough estimate" to see if its worth it. 
We are looking at 2018 Encore Preferred FWD. Not looking to put anything down other than tax, reg, other standard fees(Approx how much will that be?sales tax 8.75%)
12,000 miles and either 24 or 36 month.

What are we looking at as far as monthly payments and $ DAS? Something realistic to shoot for? Or should we wait it out or possibly look into something else similar to Rogue?
