    Question, does the MF/Res change by zip code or is it the same for the state? If by Zip is it the zip code where the dealer is?

    I'm in Philly, looked at a t4 xc40 mom with MSRP of 37k, money factor was .002, with 2500 down was a payment of 480. Seemed really high compared to what I was expecting. Shame, would have done it.

    I hear you. 3 years ago, the wife wanted to go from an SUV to a "wagon" - the choices were the XC70 and the Subaru Outback. Pricing them out, I saw the same $10K difference.

    autoleasefinder.net has slightly higher MFs listed for the R-Design T5 (and others). Can you confirm it's still at .00090? They list 0.00132.

    Going be my first time doing Lease. Can you give me the Money Factor and Residual for the XC40 T4 and T5 Momentum for 36 months / 10k miles in 78249 (Texas). And also, XC40 T4 Inscription for 36 months / 10k miles. Thank you!

    10K/yr
    T4: .00044 MF. 58%/52% residual for 36/39 months
    T5: .00118 MF. 63%/57% residual for 36/39 months

    The 36 month term is best, by far.

    Hello,  I’ve read for this month the XC40 T5 MOM 36/12K has a RV if 62% and MF of .00118 in a tier 1 lease. Can you provide MF in tier 2 and tier 3? Also, do you know the credit score ranges that fall within these tiers?  Thanks so much
