Hey is it ok to ask a vehicle specific question? This is my first time leasing, I've done my research but I'm not familiar with the process. I'm looking at a lease for a 2019 cherokee trailhawk. You noted for a 12k mile 36 month lease, residual is at 54% with 0.00036 money factor.

Advertised prices as listed on the dealership website:

MSRP $36,655
Discount $3,407
Rebate $2,750
Chrysler Capital $500
Save $6,657
Net Cost $29,998

Figures out to: $329/ month + $1638 at signing (no down payment) CLICK FOR CALCULATIONS

Those are the correct numbers from Chrysler Capital.
(when I click on that link, it doesn't take me to your calculations)

I get $301.37 + tax, assuming all the fees are paid upfront. Acquisition fee should be $595, though CJDR dealers can mark it up by $300. So, your calculation seems correct.

You'll have upfront tax on the rebate, as well. (about $300)

Will the dealer honor their advertisment? Impossible to know. I'd be happy with that deal, though.

That’s what I thought.  Just confirming.  I input numbers and it seems like it would take about $1500 more in dealer discount to keep payments the same.  I’m being quoted $360 per month w 15 k miles per year 42 mos.  no money down at all and not trade in.  I think limited would be closer to $390.  Great idea and would love it if I could for $360.

Yeah.. I don't know the differences in MSRP/selling price, etc. Just throwing it out there, as it may be worth moving up for.

Does the TMV figure take into account manufacturer incentives or is that supposed to be prior to incentives? Is 6-7% off of MSRP prior to incentives a reasonable number to shoot for?

It may show purchase incentives, but not lease incentives.

We don't track pricing, so can't tell you what to target as a discount.

I am going to my local Jeep dealer today to possibly order a Trailhawk. Do you know if I order today can I get this month’s incentives or the month when I sign? Also are the deals still the same as January? Looking at lease  for 36 months, 12,000 miles, zip is 73505. In January it was rv 52%, mf .00034 I think. Thanks!

Is it realistic to think they can discount $3,000 in dealer mark down? They are saying the lease is subsidized and at $1,200 they are at invoice price. I am thinking they should be able to do around $3,000 dealer discount, $3,250 rebate, taking price down around $32,200 from MSRP $38,400. Am I off?
