I think you did fine. Payment is good, relative to MSRP, even with the $2000 out of pocket.

We would have recommended just paying the first payment and registration costs up front, and rolling everything else into the monthly payment, but live and learn.

Don't worry about it, and enjoy the new car!

Capitalized initial fees: Since you aren't paying the first payment at signing, it is "capitalized" (rolled into the CAP cost).
