2-door - .00151 and 59%; $500 customer cash
4-door - .00151 and 62%; $1000 customer cash

In CA, drive off should be first payment and DMV costs (about 1.1% of MSRP). Roll all other fees and such into the monthly payment

Looking at the current MINI Born to Drive offer is classified as a special offer and not tied to Lease or Purchase.  The terms for the earlier Born to Drive are the same as the new Born to Drive (not specifically restricted) and should be available for lease or finance.  They are just rebates off the final negotiated price.

The lease deals noted on MINI’s website even note the “customer cash” (AKA Born to Drive offer).  It is unlikely the new Born to Drive won’t apply to leases.

Thanks for checking. I saw that as well. I’m eligible for a 2000 loyalty rebate and I’m wondering if I can add the additional born to drive 2000 on top of the loyalty. That’s a pretty large discount so I’d be surprised, but it’s worth asking. Another question, I negotiated my lease price in February for a custom build. The monthly payment was based on the loyalty incentive and February’s MF I have was 00182. My car just arrived at the port, so I’ll be signing the contract next week. is it reasonable to expect them to honor the new, lower MF and add the new incentive if it can be stacked?

That’s a good question.  Technically the contract isn’t signed and the sale is not complete, so I could see it applying.

The MF should be current as the lease isn’t initiated.  You could change your mind and finance or pay cash until point of signing/delivery.

I agree with the math on that quote.

I would add the bank and doc fees to the net cap cost; if the car is stolen or totaled, you'd lose that money.

My car is due to be picked up next week and I asked my NJ dealer about the updated MF for March. When I ordered the car the MF was .00182. From the information I've received here, it looks like the new mf should be .00151 but my dealer is saying that it's only gone down to .00171. is that possible or is he giving me misinformation? also - are there any other incentives beyond the born to drive and the loyalty programs? there was another 1200 program that I saw last week but it's no longer on the website.
