Given equal payments, I would pick the shorter term. Less chance of needing consumable like brakes and tires before the lease is up.

When you see a spread of 3% between 36/39 month residuals, the payments should be similar, assuming a minimum amount of money upfront.

Zip code is 76106 and I've seen several earlier threads where 56% has been referenced. Thank You.
