This looks very good at least to me (not an expert but a current shopper). The Net Capitalized Cost represents almost a 17% discount from MSRP which is better than I've seen recently (averaging 13% discount). So long as there is no down payment $ other than the MSD's, this looks quite good and the figures work out correctly.

I agree with the MF, residual and incentive.
A big discount with a big rebate is a nice combination.

The MSDs save $56/mo. That's a pretty good return on your $7000 MSD payment.
