Thanks kyfdx and Michaell for the information provided about 2019 T6 Momentum. I went my to my local dealer and got the following offer today on 36/12K.

MSRP $62,930.00
Sell Price $54,523.00
Monthly $656.48 (include 9% tax)
Drive-Off (1st month, acq fee, dmv, dealer): $2054.69

The sales guy mentioned that, if I were to purchase, the sell price would be $52,773. Haven't decided if I should pull the trigger or not. But I do have a question.

When you say $2000 allowance, non-cash lease credit, how much is the non-cash lease credit for T6 momentum? Does this apply to MSRP?

If this is an ad, then the $5099 is coming from your pocket, and would be in addition to any incentives available. That's how they can get the payment to look so low.

The incentive is Volvo to dealer, and will result in a lower selling price. The incentive will be part of the price offer you get, so of the $8000+ discount the dealer is showing, $2000 of that comes from Volvo.

My dealer showed me his invoice price. Most of the items listed there shows 6% off MSRP and are consistent with what I have learned here. But there is one line called “supplemental advertising” for $600. Should I negotiate it off, or is this something consumers have to pay?

I asked him to show me how he calculates the capita cost. He then showed me this. For a $62,930 MSRP xc90 MOM T6 + adv pack with some other options.

costco price = invoice (59,773) - 2000 allowance - 1000 Costco, or

use dealer discount = invoice -2000 allowance - 3250 discount

Then he showed me his invoice price. I am just not sure if that advertising cost is a legit price for me to pay.

Any price offered by the dealer will already include the incentives. You've got to factor that into the price you work towards.

But, there are no supported lease programs for the 2018 XC90.

The T8 incentive is a Volvo-to-customer rebate that has to be included. But, they'll still likely include it in any quoted price.

T6 is a Volvo-to-dealer incentive. Use your knowledge of it to negotiate a low price.
